Scholarship Edge Terms and Conditions

By making a payment to join the Scholarship Edge program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Access

• Upon successful payment, you will gain access to the Scholarship Edge program as per the outlined schedule.
• Access to program materials (including video lessons, workshops, and coaching sessions) is provided for 10 months and may be revoked if payment terms are violated.
• You are granted personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable access to the program content. Sharing access with others is strictly prohibited.

2. Payment and Fees

• You agree to pay the full amount as stated at the time of purchase, which may include taxes or additional processing fees.
• Payment plans are subject to the terms outlined at the time of purchase, including due dates and amounts.
• Failure to complete any scheduled payment may result in the suspension of your access to the program until the outstanding balance is cleared. Late payments may be subject to a late fee if accepted.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• All sales are final.
• If you are on a payment plan and choose to cancel part way through the program, any payments already made are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel your participation in the program at any time due to non-payment or violation of these terms.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

• All materials provided within Scholarship Edge (including but not limited to videos, PDFs, templates, and guides) are the intellectual property of Scholarship Edge and its creators.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any of the program content without express written permission from Scholarship Edge.
• Unauthorized sharing of content or access to the program may result in legal action and removal from the program without refund.

5. Live Sessions and Coaching

• Live online workshops and private coaching sessions are scheduled at predetermined times, and it is your responsibility to attend these sessions.
• Missed live sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled, but recordings may be provided at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to reschedule any live workshops or coaching sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Scholarship Edge and its creators are not responsible for your results or lack thereof from participating in the program.
• The program provides tools, resources, and guidance, but your success in securing scholarships or university admissions is dependent on various factors outside of our control, including your individual effort and circumstances.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the program.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• By enrolling in the Scholarship Edge program, you agree to provide certain personal information, including your name, email address, and payment details, which will be used to process your enrollment and deliver program content.
• Your information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of program administration. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Changes to the Terms

• Scholarship Edge reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through the program platform.
• Continued participation in the program after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant court.

By making a payment and enrolling in the Scholarship Edge program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
